Question 1

Is there a downpayment?

Accepted Answer

No! The first month's rent IS your downpayment.

Question 2

What's included in the maintenance coverage?

Accepted Answer

Our maintenance coverage includes repairs for normal wear and tear, replacement of parts, and labor costs. If your appliance cannot be repaired, we'll replace it free of charge. We do not cover damage due to misuse or abuse.

Question 3

How long are the rental agreements?

Accepted Answer

All plans require a 6-month minimum contract. After the minimum period, all plans convert to month-to-month agreements with no penalties for returning.

Question 4

What payment methods to you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are automatically processed monthly. Cash is not accepted.

Question 5

How do I get the lower rental rate?

Accepted Answer

Pay with a credit/debit card and your rate is $60/month. Prepaid card rentals (Cash app card, etc) are $70/month, but drop to $60/month after 3 consecutive on-time payments.

Question 6

Do I own the washer and dryer after renting?

Accepted Answer

No. These are rental units only. You do not own them at any time. As long as you keep renting, you can keep using them. If you stop renting, we pick them up.

Question 7

Do I get to pick my appliance?

Accepted Answer

No. Our appliances are on a rotating basis, therefore we cannot guarantee what brand you will get. What we will guarantee is that the set you get will work great. If they break for any reason, we will fix or replace.

Question 8

Is renting better than going to a laundromat?

Accepted Answer

Renting a washer and dryer gives you in-home laundry, so you don’t have to drive to a laundromat, wait for machines, or pay per load. For many families, renting is more convenient and often cheaper over time, especially when you include gas, time, and laundromat fees.

Question 9

Is renting better than buying a used washer and dryer from a used appliance store?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in many cases. Used appliances can come with hidden issues and repair costs. When you rent from us, delivery, installation, and maintenance are included, and if something breaks from normal use, we repair or replace it at no extra cost.
